1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. This policy also covers related technologies — pixels, scripts, and browser storage such as localStorage — which we group under “cookies” for simplicity.

2. Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary. Required for the site and product to work; these do not need your consent under EU/UK law. ag_session is the signed cookie that keeps you logged in to the dashboard and expires automatically. ag_cookie_notice is a browser-storage flag that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice — it lives only in your browser and is never sent to or recorded on our servers.

Analytics and performance. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand which pages get visited and how people find the site. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles this data.

Marketing and targeting. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or retargeting.

3. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain between 24 hours and 24 months depending on the cookie: Google Analytics identifiers persist up to 24 months, and the cookie-notice flag stays until you clear your browser data.

4. Managing your choices

The notice on this site. Dismiss it once and we won’t show it again; the choice is stored only in your browser.

Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, per site or entirely.

Google Analytics opt-out. Google offers a browser add-on that stops GA4 from measuring your visits anywhere on the web.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws, so there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of here. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals; no industry standard for them was ever agreed.

6. International transfers

AgentGrown runs on servers in the United States. If you visit from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, data handled by our providers is transferred with recognized safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (which Google participates in) and Standard Contractual Clauses.

We’ll update this page when our cookie practices change, with a new effective date at the top.
